From the start of the building process we work to a firm schedule for both planning and production, and to an associated schedule for the decisions that will need to be made over the course of the process. Skanda A/S furnishes binding proposals in response to requests for modifications, so that financial oversight can be maintained.

A turnkey contract is a simple cooperative model, and represents the form of cooperation within the construction industry that offers the shortest and most direct decision paths. When a construction project is carried out on a turnkey basis, the building process can be initiated in parallel with the completion of the planning work. This tight coordination combined with production in parallel with planning ensures the shortest possible process from a time standpoint.

Firm time and price framework

The customer will find that a turnkey contract from Skanda A/S enables a goal-oriented process in which the financial and time limits are firmly set when the contract is signed. The customer will subsequently be assured that Skanda A/S has full responsibility for the performance of the entire project in accordance with the signed contract or cooperative agreement.

Skanda A/S assumes the entire responsibility for planning and execution, giving the customer administrative, time and price advantages, largely because the customer receives, early in the process, both a binding proposal to realise the project and an associated firm schedule.
